Job Fair for 2024-2025 teaching positions will be held beginning April 20th. This event is by invitation only! An invitation is extended to applicants that have a complete, certificated application on file by April 1st.
Temporary Authority To Teach certified employment opportunities allow college graduates a path to teaching in critical shortage areas under a temporary certificate. On-the-job training and support are provided. Opportunities are embedded for a path to certification.

Teach St. Tammany provides a path for college graduates to become a teacher in critical shortage areas. On-the-job training and certification are provided. There are no out-of-pocket costs with a three year commitment.
Some retirees are now able to return to the classroom in critical needs areas and receive full salary and retirement benefits.
Applications are accepted year-round for teaching positions. Complete an online teacher application to be considered for vacancies that become available.
We are urgently hiring in the critical needs areas of English, Math, Science and Students With Exceptionalities (Special Education excluding gifted).
