Shannon Vincent

This is my first year at Lake Harbor after working seven years in a different district. The community amongst teachers and admin is something truly special. There is a great sense of comradery and support from every one: our principal, 4th grade team, and even our janitorial staff all stepping up to solve problems.  Shannon Vincent, Lake Harbor Middle Teacher

The whole Florida Avenue staff has made me feel supported. As a first-year teacher, this is very important because I am still learning how to best support my students! I always feel comfortable asking questions and getting advice from other teachers and administration.  Madelyn Hughes, Florida Avenue Elementary Teacher

I have taught in a few different schools around the state, and this is by far my favorite. The administration here has top notch leadership, the faculty is talented and friendly, the athletic programs are valued and well run, and the student body has limitless potential.   Alexander Voorhies, Lakeshore High Teacher
