Prior to starting the online application, please read the
requirements and application process below carefully.
Proof of Education
Prior to starting the online application, you will be required to scan copies of your proof of education (ex. certificate, diploma or transcript) and St. Tammany Parish and/or State certifications for certain positions.
If you do not provide the required documents, your application will be considered incomplete and you will not be considered for vacancies within our school system.
You must provide copies of legal documents for any of the following:
- Guilty pleas
- Nolo Contendere pleas
- Nolle Prossed charges
Failure to disclose information regarding a criminal history will exclude you from employment, substitute work, and volunteer work with the St. Tammany Parish School System.
To complete the online application, you must have a personal e-mail address. If you do not have an e-mail address you will not be able to submit your application.
If you do not have an application on file, you will be asked to create an account to apply.
Current Employees and Substitutes
Current employees and substitutes should select "log in as existing employee" and log in using your district username and password.

Retirees Returning to Work
Retirees who return to work in an LDOE defined critical shortage area are not eligible to attend the STPPS Job Fair. Retirees will be considered in critical shortage areas after the conclusion of Job Fair. All retirees returning to work must return in an LDOE defined Critical Shortage classroom teaching position.
