Welcoming Our Newest Educators to STPPS: New Teacher Induction 2026

St. Tammany Parish Public School System (STPPS) recently welcomed our newest educators during New Teacher Induction (NTI), an annual professional learning experience designed to prepare teachers for a successful start to the school year.

Throughout NTI, participants engaged in interactive learning sessions focused on effective instructional strategies, classroom management, technology integration, and building positive learning environments. New teachers also had the opportunity to connect with district leaders, collaborate with colleagues, and become familiar with the resources and support available throughout STPPS.
