It shall be the policy of this Board that a person shall be accountable for the successful execution of his duties to one and only one superior (principal or administrator). Accordingly, all personnel employed by the Board shall be responsible to their immediate principal or administrator and ultimately this Board through the Superintendent.

All personnel shall refer matters requiring action to their immediate principal or administrator who shall refer such matters to the next higher authority when necessary.

All personnel shall have the right to appeal any decision made by an administrator through approved grievance procedures.
