|NON-DISCRIMINATORY OBJECTIVE CRITERIA|
The selection, transfer, promotion, demotion and dismissal of professional personnel within St. Tammany Parish School System shall be made without regard to race, color, creed, sex, religion, national origin or marital status. The following nondiscriminatory objective criteria shall be used in selecting new professional personnel and in transferring, promoting, demoting and dismissing professional personnel:
After use of the nondiscriminatory objective criteria, a subjective evaluation in each of the following categories shall be made:
The subjective evaluation shall be based upon a personal interview and information obtained in individual written references. The expressed intent of all such nondiscriminatory criteria shall be to provide the youth of St. Tammany Parish with the best-qualified personnel determined through a means completely devoid of overt or inadvertent discrimination in any aspect of the parish personnel management process.
