Whenever a vacancy occurs in the position of a supervisor or higher level position, and when the Superintendent has narrowed his choices to preferably no less than three candidates, the Superintendent, in conjunction with the Board president, shall arrange to conduct a final set of interviews with the Board in executive session at an appropriately called meeting, and at the appropriate time, the Superintendent shall have the responsibility of appointing the candidate of his choice. This policy includes all supervisory positions including non-certificated.
