The Board shall elect one of its members to serve as President and one to serve as Vice-President. The election of officers will be held at a regular meeting in December on non-election years and in January succeeding election years. Each officer shall serve a one year term with no more than two consecutive one year terms.

The Superintendent of Schools shall serve as Secretary-Treasurer to the Board.
