Denise McCormick Appointed Assistant Principal at Magnolia Trace Elementary ::..> Return to gallery
 Serving as Technology Resource Teacher (TRT) at Honey Island Elementary in Slidell last Spring, Denise McCormick was recently appointed as Assistant Principal at Magnolia Trace Elementary. Superintendent W. L. “Trey” Folse, III made the announcement at the August 9 meeting of the School Board in Slidell. Prior to her Honey Island TRT assignment, she was a third grade teacher at the school for four years, and before that a fourth grade teacher and Title I/LA4 Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Florida Avenue Elementary in Slidell. National Board Certified as an Early Childhood Generalist, she has coordinated standardized testing, conducted Spanish summer camps, and taken part in both the St. Tammany Parish Public School System LEAD Academy and the School Leadership Center in New Orleans. 2012-08-10 15:10:42 |
