Unit Description

Students will discover an understanding of number sense, which includes the real number system. Relationships within the number system using different techniques and tools to deepen their working knowledge of numbers. The students will create a 1000 and 10,000 booklet that will develop a sense of relative size and amount of numbers. Students will also explore decimal numbers involving addition and subtraction in multiple activities.
