Bus Transportation Positions
The St. Tammany Parish School Board is seeking qualified candidates for bus driver positions. The District provides comprehensive training that meets all Louisiana standards required for licensure. An excellent benefits package is available for full-time drivers. Drivers earn an annual salary of $25,450 plus operational expenses for those who own their bus. We offer the highest daily rate of pay in the state for substitute drivers.

Assistant Supervisor of Payroll Services
The St. Tammany Parish School Board is now accepting applications for Assistant Supervisor of Payroll Services.  This is a twelve month (12) month position with a salary range of $63,349 to $98,224 depending on experience. Minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • Degree from an accredited four (4) year college in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Three (3) years of experience involving payroll as the major duty
  • Experience involving payroll as the major duty may be substituted for the required college training on the basis of one (1) year of experience for two (2) years of college
  • College graduation with major work in Accounting or Business Administration or closely related fields may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience

Communication Specialist
The St. Tammany Parish School Board is now accepting applications for a Communication Specialist. This is a twelve month (12) month position with a starting salary of $51,038. The Communication Specialist provides support to the communications team, school district and individual schools to implement, maintain and manage internal and external communication efforts. Qualifications for this position are: bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, graphic design or related field and two (2) years of experience in public relations, marketing, or other communications-related field. Applicants must have demonstrated writing and graphic design skills, creativity, and knowledge of current and emerging social media trends. Web organization and management is a plus. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem solving, time management skills, meeting deadlines, teamwork, and the ability to implement a strategic communications plan. Mental Health Providers at Harrison Curriculum Center
